The best accommodation the island has to offer along with a superb host who was genuine and went out of her way to help us. The island is a peace on earth and this place allowed us to relax in a little slice of heaven amazing size pool considering only three bungalows.

The place is super nice- directly at the beach in the beautiful nature and very remote and quiet. The hosts Thalia and her daughter Selma a very, very nice and helpful. The place is quite expensive but worthwhile. One night we saw a turtle laying her eggs directly in-front of the hotel. We loved to stay there and would always come back!

Absolutely gorgeous stay at Casa Uwu and Chacahua in general! If you’re looking for relaxation, this is the place for you. The beautiful lady that owns this property was ever so helpful and nothing was too much trouble - she went above and beyond her role as a hotel owner. Limited English spoken, however, we worked around this with google translator easily enough. The food in the hotel was good. The centre is about a 45 minute walk along the beach, which is beautiful at sunset! This hotel is still in progress of completion. Only thing to improve for us would be for it to be clear that hot breakfast is not included and extra towels available around the pool area. Thank you to the lovely owner for helping us during our stay, the most memorable part of our trip

I had the pleasure of staying at Casa Uwu, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff and a stunning view of the ocean. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and beautifully located right on the beach, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. I want to give a special shoutout to Sandra, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. She worked tirelessly to ensure that everything was perfect—from helping with check-in to answering any questions I had about local attractions. The rooms are a lot more stripped back than expected, but is the ethos of the island, it isnt a complaint just something to be aware of, the views make up for it. Also to future holidayers make sure you take mosquito spray we got bitten everywhere we went!! My fave part of the stay was walking out onto the beach for sunrise and sunset, something I will treasure forever!

As a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite member, I stay in upscale hotels around the world regularly – it's safe to say I've seen my fair share of luxury properties. Without exaggeration, this hotel blew every single one out of the water. It is the most luxurious hotel in the area, considering that we were in such a remote place. The staff here redefine hospitality. Sandra and the entire team didn't just meet five-star standards – they transcended them, but especially Sandra! Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made us feel like family. Every detail, every need, even ones we hadn't thought of ourselves, was anticipated and met with grace and enthusiasm. Sandra was amazing! And the views? They're beyond anything you can dream of. Each vantage point offers something extraordinary, whether you're watching the sunrise, sunset, or simply taking in the dramatic coastline. The culinary experience deserves special mention – the food was absolutely out of this world. Every meal was a celebration of flavors that showcased the best of Mexican cuisine. If you're considering this hotel, stop thinking and book it. You will not be disappointed in any way, shape, or form. This is a destination not to be missed – a place where every element comes together to create something truly magical.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Uwu. Sandra, and her daughter Selma are wonderful. With only 3 villas, the experience seems very personal and intimate, but at the same time very professional - without the pretense. They helped arrange transport and boat tours to the Mangroves and Bioluminescence. The pool and shared space are beautiful and very thoughtfully designed. Great spot for a romantic get away. Incredible experience at Casa Uwu ! This really is paradise on earth :) a very private, secluded area with very charming rooms overlooking the sea. Great cocktails and pool to unwind ! The best staff we have met in all our time in Mexico, absolutely adorable with great advice on what to do in the area. I even forgot my bathing suit and the staff went over their way to send it back to me in France … You cannot get a better service ! Highly recommend
